Oceanfront Condos in St. Augustine

Direct Atlantic views, pool access, and the convenience of a condo , without the hotel checkout line.

Oceanfront condos are the sweet spot between a hotel and a vacation home. You get the Atlantic view, shared pool access, a kitchen for cooking in, and a lower per-night rate than renting a full house. For couples or groups of four, a two-bedroom oceanfront condo often runs less than two hotel rooms , and you wake up to the ocean instead of a parking lot.

Most of the oceanfront condo inventory in St. Augustine clusters around Anastasia Island and St. Augustine Beach. Beacher’s Lodge sits directly on the beach with units facing the Atlantic. Anastasia Condos offers a pool and beach access along Anastasia Boulevard. Properties book early in peak season , if you’re considering June or July, book 4, 6 months out.

Properties are managed through Lodgix, a local vacation rental platform. Real-time pricing and availability are shown on each property’s detail page.

What to Know

Views vs. Access

“Oceanfront” means the building is on the beach , your unit’s view depends on which floor and which direction it faces. Check the floor plan and listing photos carefully before booking if the view is the main draw.

Pool Access

Most oceanfront condo complexes have a shared pool. Pool hours are typically 9am, 9pm. Private pools are rare in condo units , if you want a pool to yourself, consider a vacation home.

Parking

Condo complexes generally provide one assigned parking spot per unit. Additional vehicles may need to use public beach parking nearby , confirm before bringing extra cars.

Noise

Oceanfront condos have shared walls. Units above the 3rd floor are quieter from neighbor noise. Ground-floor units have the easiest beach access but the least privacy.

Minimum Stays

Most condo owners require 2, 4 night minimums in-season, with some extending to 7 nights in peak summer weeks. Off-season (October, February) minimums are usually 2 nights or less.

What’s Included

Linens, towels, and basic kitchen supplies are standard. Beach chairs and umbrellas are not always provided , check the listing or rent locally from beach gear shops.
