Oceanfront Homes in St. Augustine
Houses right on the Atlantic , private beach access, full kitchens, and space to spread out.
St. Augustine’s oceanfront vacation homes sit along Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island, and St. Augustine Beach , all within a few miles of each other, all fronting the same Atlantic. These aren’t timeshares or condo towers; they’re standalone houses with private beach access, full kitchens, outdoor showers, and enough room for groups that outgrow a hotel.
What you get with a beachfront house that you don’t get with a hotel: a private stretch of sand at sunrise before anyone else wakes up, a kitchen to cook the seafood you bought at the dock, and a place to wash off without sharing a pool deck with strangers. For extended stays , a week or more , the cost-per-person math almost always favors a house over multiple hotel rooms.
Properties are managed through Lodgix, a local vacation rental platform. Rates, availability, and minimum-stay requirements vary by property and season.
