Adult Yoga – Session 2
Join SJC Parks & Rec in the gymnasium at Solomon Calhoun Community Center for Adult Yoga – Session 2.  Offering 8-week yoga sessions, each consisting of 16 classes.
Date | Time:  Tuesdays & Thursdays — October 27 – December 10, 2026 | 6:00pm-7:00pm (*No class on November 3, 24 & 26, December 3)
Learn various yoga skills through a combination of physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques. Increase your flexibility and muscle strength, plus reduce stress.
Participants — wear comfortable exercise attire including grip socks. Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, and water bottle to stay hydrated along with other items the instructor suggests.
Ages: 18 and up
Cost: $35.00
