Flagler Estates

Flagler Estates is not downtown St. Augustine with cheaper parking. It is rural St. Johns County: bigger lots, long roads, woods, dirt, trucks and people who generally did not move there because they wanted a gift shop downstairs.

That makes it useful to understand if you are looking beyond the tourist corridor. This is a very different side of the county, and that difference is the point.
