Welcome to St. Augustine Tourism Guide (“SATG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using staugustinetourismguide.com (the “Site”) or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Informational Purpose Only

The Services are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes about St. Augustine, Florida and the surrounding region. Content on the Site — including business listings, tour descriptions, hours, prices, event schedules, itineraries, and travel advice — is offered as a convenience to visitors. SATG is not a tour operator, travel agency, hotel, restaurant, or booking platform; we do not sell, deliver, or guarantee any third-party product or service listed on the Site.

While we work to keep listings, hours, prices, addresses, contact information, and event details current and accurate, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Always confirm hours, prices, availability, reservations, and policies directly with the business or service provider before traveling. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SATG disclaims all liability for losses or damages arising from reliance on Site content.

4. User-Generated Content

If the Services allow you to submit reviews, comments, listings, photos, or business submissions (“User Content”), you represent that you own or have the rights to it, and you grant SATG a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute it in connection with the Services. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida.
