Flagler & the Gilded Age in St. Augustine
In the 1880s Henry Flagler turned St. Augustine into a Gilded Age resort, and his buildings still define the city: the former Ponce de Leon Hotel (now Flagler College), the Alcazar (now the Lightner Museum), the Casa Monica and Memorial Presbyterian, where he is buried.
